Have you tried every way of eating you have ever heard of in order to lose weight but you still look the same and weigh the same as you did before you started?
Maybe it's because you have always counted calories and ate too many of them, or thought you didn't go to the gym often enough to make that process work. Maybe you weighed food or counted “points” or ate a few bites less of the foods you love to save calories. Maybe you paid for that new gym membership on Jan 2nd but it didn’t end up in permanent weight loss. I’ve done all those things.
What if it isn't how much you eat, but what you eat, that matters the most? What if you could finally succeed and look the way you are suppose to look and have the health that you are supposed to have, by changing what you eat to other delicious (but different) foods than those you now eat?
Here is a doctor who thinks that the "CICO" (calories in/calories out) hypothesis is BS and explains why he thinks that. A short video of Dr Robert Lustig explaining his opinion.
